SUMMARY:Coaching: Group Super-Vision in a Thinking Environment 16th April
DESCRIPTION:Super-Vision as Relational Field: A Thinking Environment Ritual for Certified Coaches\nWhat becomes possible when supervision is not a corrective mirror\, but a living\, generative field? \nI am inviting a small circle of certified coaches to tend to their coaching practice through super-vision as shared attention\, a space where independent thinking deepens through relationship\, not evaluation. \nIn this two-hour ritual\, you are welcome to bring what is unresolved\, unnamed\, or quietly emerging in your coaching practice. \nTogether we will: \n– Sit with what has not yet found language\n– Let dialogue shape meaning through careful\, equal attention\n– Allow the Ten Components of a Thinking Environment to infuse and steady our inquiry\n– Notice how contexts\, nuances\, and subtle shifts fertilise your next steps \nThis is not a performance review or advice exchange.\nIt is a practice of thinking well together. \nThe circle is limited to four certified coaches to preserve depth and equality. \nDate: Thursday 16 April | 1–3 pm UK (BST) (8 am EST | 2 pm CEST) \nInvestment: Pay what you can/want \nReserve your spot here: https://book.stripe.com/fZu3cv13xeYRbdE9KC6Zy0o \nIf this feels like a faithful next step in your practice\, you are warmly welcome. \n——> Next Session will be on June 18th\, 1–3 pm UK (BST) (UTC+1)\n\nA gentle preparation\nThe quality of our supervision will rest on the quality of thinking you have done just before we meet. After registering\, you will receive a few questions to help you arrive with intention\, not polished answers\, but live inquiry. \n\nWho is holding the space?\nMy name is Servane\, and I’m a Time to Think  Supervisor\, Coach\, Facilitator\, Teacher\, and an ICF PCC & ACTC certified Thinking Partner for leaders working across movements\, systems\, conflict and transitions. My work supports independent – not isolated – thinking\, and invites insight to become meaningful action. \nMy practice is steeped in Warm Data\, collective imagination\, Systems-Thinking\, and what I call Future Kind leadership. \nMy hope is simple: that in the spaces we shape together\, people can feel and say to one another — you matter.

SUMMARY:Cultivating Metaphors and Imagination: What’s in Your Box?
DESCRIPTION:An interactive session inspired by The Little Prince*\n\nIn Saint-Exupery’s The Little Prince\, a pilot sketches a simple box\, delighting the child who imagines his perfect sheep inside. In coaching\, we too work with what isn’t yet visible\, emerging meanings\, hopes\, and transformations within our thinkers and ourselves. \nThis experiential session invites you to explore how metaphors reveal the invisible and shape the way we listen and co-create meaning. Through guided reflection\, paired dialogue\, and creative inquiry\, you will: \n– Experience how metaphors surface what words alone can’t express\n– Notice how different “ways of perceiving” shift conversations\n– Practice expanding a thinker’s imaginative field without rushing to explain or fix\n– Craft your own “box question” to deepen awareness in practice \nBy nurturing space for the unseen\, we honour coaching as an art of wonder\, presence\, and creative perceiving. \n\n\nDetails\n\n– Register on https://us02web.zoom.us/meeting/register/8INE0ryjRGGOk9-tirnFMA\n– Doors will close 5 minutes after the start to honour flow and thinking.\n– It is a “video-on” session\n– There will be a breakout room for 10 minutes\n– This event is part of International Coaching Week

SUMMARY:Time to Think-Time To Do: What is Joy in a Thinking Environment?
DESCRIPTION:Open to Time to Think Trained practitioners \n\n“Joy blooms where minds and hearts are open.” \n\n~Jonathan Lockwood Huie \nIn a Thinking Environment\, Joy is not something we manufacture. But we notice where it already breathes in our thinking together. \nIt’s a relational current that cannot be forced\, yet seems to appear when attention\, equality\, and encouragement meet. \nYou’re invited! \nIn this new Time to Think\, Time to Do session\, we’ll explore \n– how joy shapes our presence\, \n– how it feels or sounds when interrupted by conflict or pressure \n– what we learn from sitting in that moment\, \n– and how we might choose to be with one another so that thinking stays alive\, spacious\, and kind. \nAnd more… \nPlease message us to request the registration link \nDate: 18 May – 5pm UK BST (12pm EST Toronto/New York) \nWhere: Online – Zoom
