Sow the Seeds of Change

Findings show that, at the core of change, is your ability to:

1- Think independently and courageously for yourself and as yourself
2- Dial up your attention and listen to ignite (not to reply)
3- Craft incisive questions that remove blocks, unleashing clarity, creativity and courage
4- Help others access their own best solutions, without being infantilised.

To help you do exactly that, share your interest to take part in the next Thinking Partnership Course, spread over 3 days this summer 2024.

What is a Thinking Partnership?

Developed by Nancy Kline and Time to Think, The Thinking Partnership  is an evidence-based approach that helps individuals think more clearly, creatively, and independently, without interruption, in a 1:1 setting.

The act of listening and thinking improves when we embody The Ten Components of a Thinking Environment.

The Thinking Partnership is supported by a growing neuropsychological body of evidence that demonstrates how and why the quality of one person’s attention impacts the quality of another person’s thinking, feeling, decisions and actions.

How you will benefit?

The Thinking Partnership can be used for generative 1-2-1 meetings. You will find

  • The ability to solve questions with more clarity and less confrontation
  • A simple way to deal with conflicts and challenging topics.
  • Built trust and true team engagement
  • Team members who are more united and integrated
  • Easier ways to set goals
  • Tools to work through paradoxical contexts
  • Ease to generate powerful ideas for what you are really seeking to achieve
  • Better outcomes after supervision meetings, mentoring and management discussions.
  • Reduced stress
  • Increased empathy

During this interactive course, participants learn the step-by-step process that enables exquisite independent thinking. They reach insights by taking on the role of both the Thinker and the Thinking Partner.

What People Say

Three days that changed my life. Servane's expert facilitation and teaching combined with research-backed information and a lovely group of brilliant fellow participants created an outstanding professional development experience. It is difficult as a professional to find relevant and useful training; this course should be on the to do list for all consultants, coaches, facilitators and advisors.
Karen Leigh Anderson - Social Enterprise Adviser, Coach, and Systems Change Practitioner

Servane created a powerful thinking environment for me throughout. From uninterrupted attention when we were developing our own thinking, to ease & encouragement through her words, body language and way of being, to creating the right physical conditions, to valuing our differences and our equal worth as thinkers, she was superb. I have come away with my eyes opened to a world of possibilities around how to think and feel more independently for myself, and how to to create the conditions for that to happen, with ease, for clients, colleagues, friends and family. Thank you so much
