You will craft energetic, dignifying, experiences that generate the best thinking from all members of the group, and are enjoyable for everyone.
You will master the practice of the Time to Think applications and building blocks and explore how to set these sessions in your own settings:

Developed by Nancy Kline and Faculty, the Time To Think Facilitator Course qualifies you to generate an environment where a group can think clearly, independently and innovatively, without interruption. You also learn to contextualise this practice in your own setting.

The Time to Think approach helps you create generative group meetings and specifically give you:
You'll transform the impact of your facilitation by tackling complex issues head-on with respect, compassion, courage and rigour, and a grounded commitment
You travel light. The Thinking Environment's range of applications and building blocks amplify trust, bond, and empathy between the team/groups members.
There is no other toolkit or material to carry.

This Time to Think Facilitator course is open to people who certified in the Time to Think Foundation course.
Completing this course, you then would undertake the Practicum work within 6 months, supervised by a Time To Think Faculty member.
Successfully completing that work, and joining the Time To Think Collegiate, you would become qualified as a Time To Think Facilitator.
Places are limited to 10 participants maximum (4 minimum) to allow for deep reflection and substantial exchange.
