Coaching: Group Super-Vision in a Thinking Environment 16th April

Super-Vision as Relational Field: A Thinking Environment Ritual for Certified Coaches
What becomes possible when supervision is not a corrective mirror, but a living, generative field?
I am inviting a small circle of certified coaches to tend to their coaching practice through super-vision as shared attention, a space where independent thinking deepens through relationship, not evaluation.
In this two-hour ritual, you are welcome to bring what is unresolved, unnamed, or quietly emerging in your coaching practice.
Together we will:
– Sit with what has not yet found language
– Let dialogue shape meaning through careful, equal attention
– Allow the Ten Components of a Thinking Environment to infuse and steady our inquiry
– Notice how contexts, nuances, and subtle shifts fertilise your next steps
This is not a performance review or advice exchange.
It is a practice of thinking well together.
The circle is limited to four certified coaches to preserve depth and equality.
Date: Thursday 16 April | 1–3 pm UK (BST) (8 am EST | 2 pm CEST)
Investment: GB £147.-
Reserve your spot here: https://book.stripe.com/7sY00j27B9Ex4Pg3me6Zy0l
If this feels like a faithful next step in your practice, you are warmly welcome.
——> Next Session will be on June 18th, 1–3 pm UK (BST) (UTC+1)
A gentle preparation
The quality of our supervision will rest on the quality of thinking you have done just before we meet. After registering, you will receive a few questions to help you arrive with intention, not polished answers, but live inquiry.
Who is holding the space?
My name is Servane, and I’m a Time to Think  Supervisor, Coach, Facilitator, Teacher, and an ICF PCC & ACTC certified Thinking Partner for leaders working across movements, systems, conflict and transitions. My work supports independent – not isolated – thinking, and invites insight to become meaningful action.
My practice is steeped in Warm Data, collective imagination, Systems-Thinking, and what I call Future Kind leadership.
My hope is simple: that in the spaces we shape together, people can feel and say to one another — you matter.

Personal Growth – New found Purpose – Expanded Perspectives
What previous participants said:
“Thank you Servane, for expanding my mind with signals, with a group of thoughtful open-minded people! Loved that you got us to notice our disagreements, and process our instinctive responses. Taking my insights into my future self with me as a I start the rest of my week.” ~Esmee Wilcox
“The session was highly engaging and informative, allowing us to reflect on why we sometimes feel “underqualified” or “not good enough” to do certain things. While each of our stories was personal and unique, Servane led us through a series of exercises to overcome this mental block. By the end, what connected all of us was a united sense of purpose and new-found confidence to take away into our individual lives.” ~ Jamie
“I was recently given the opportunity to take part in a course called ‘The Ten Components of the Thinking Environment’ with Servane Mouazan. I wasn’t sure what to expect – I didn’t feel like I had any particular difficulties thinking and questioned whether this was an effective use of my time. I was wrong to doubt. What I experienced in the hour will have a lasting, positive impact – on me, those around me and the relationships I build in the future.” ~Davina Beattie
