Esmee Wilcox
Lead Social Research, Policy and Practice
Esmee has 20+ years of experience working in-between government, civil society and academia leading complex social change initiatives, sparked by her stint at the Prime Minister’s Strategy Unit where she worked on the mechanisms for intersectional dialogue. Esmee brings the lived experience of working in sub-optimal systems, handling messy, open-ended, contested images of past, present and future. She is passionate about applying theory to actionable practice. She has a Visiting Fellowship at the University of Suffolk and has taught at Goldsmiths and Henley Business.
In 2020 she was awarded the Association of Professional Futurists’ Fellowship in Social Change for her published works out to 2050.

Katie Brown
Lead User Research and Service Design
Katie has developed innovative social impact services, research and design approaches for over 15 years. Her early work facilitating co-design labs with those with lived experience of mental health distress was a springboard to the intersection of digital and social impact in what is now, multiple and interconnecting areas.
Curious and strategic, Katie enjoys white space and solving complex and systemic puzzles. She has a pragmatic approach to project management, successfully balancing scope with time and budget.
Katie is currently sharpening her focus into Data analysis and AI for systemic impact and social good.

Karen Leigh Anderson
Lead Governance and Sustainability
Karen has 30+ years of business experience as a leadership coach (Gallup CliftonStrengths®), a governance and sustainability adviser to mission-driven businesses, and a Non-Exec director and chair of the board of various Social Entrepreneurship networks and firms. Previously based in Johannesburg, Cape Town, London and Edinburgh she has delivered results for IBM, Grant Thornton, InvestecBank, Oracle Corporation; worked with and for technology start-ups before focusing on supporting social entrepreneurs across all areas of their businesses.
Karen’s Winston Churchill Memorial Trust Fellow report is “Delivering 100 years of Impact.”
