Time to think: Move from Unconscious Othering to Creative Belonging

May 16 at 3:00 PM - 4:30 PM BST

Time to Think - Facilitation Week

To compost “imposter” feelings and prejudice, and enhance kind, creative thinking, we need to re-discover and embrace our diverse identities and thought processes.

During the session, we’ll infuse a new layer of spaciousness and acceptance into your facilitation. We’ll generate stories of inclusion, equity and the empowering of diverse voices (including your own!), addressing prejudice, biases and impostor feelings in real time.

Takeaways from the session (and not just that!)
1. Facilitative approach to address prejudice, challenge biases and impostor feelings in real-time
2. Strategy for fostering inclusion & equity and empowering diverse voices (including your own!)

There will be one breakout room, and we kindly ask you to leave the videos “on” for this session.

Bring something to write notes on.

Servane Mouazan – Conscious Innovation

Personal Growth – New found Purpose – Expanded Perspectives

What previous participants said:

“Thank you Servane, for expanding my mind with signals, with a group of thoughtful open-minded people! Loved that you got us to notice our disagreements, and process our instinctive responses. Taking my insights into my future self with me as a I start the rest of my week.” ~Esmee Wilcox

“The session was highly engaging and informative, allowing us to reflect on why we sometimes feel “underqualified” or “not good enough” to do certain things. While each of our stories was personal and unique, Servane led us through a series of exercises to overcome this mental block. By the end, what connected all of us was a united sense of purpose and new-found confidence to take away into our individual lives.” ~ Jamie

“I was recently given the opportunity to take part in a course called ‘The Ten Components of the Thinking Environment’ with Servane Mouazan. I wasn’t sure what to expect – I didn’t feel like I had any particular difficulties thinking and questioned whether this was an effective use of my time. I was wrong to doubt. What I experienced in the hour will have a lasting, positive impact – on me, those around me and the relationships I build in the future.” ~Davina Beattie
