A question

What are the necessary conditions for individuals and teams to think independently, collaborate effectively, and foster a culture of trust, innovation, and positive impact?

What does it take for people in a team to feel at ease to think for themselves and interact in a way that the entity bounces and flows and generates new, fresh, independent reflections?

What does it take for encouragement and trust to slip through the cracks, seed and flourish, not constrained by limiting beliefs about our so-called roles, functions, infrastructure, purpose or prospects, or returns?

Which ideas are floating on the surface or deep below and limit our agility?

Which thoughts are playing tricks with us and making us more extractive, more complicated, and more disconnected?

If we knew we had the grace and power as an entity, at work, in our community, to play, imagine, and activate the ideas we generate, what would change for us?

If we knew we were not afraid to pause, zoom out without judgment, suspend time and thereby gain time, gain trust, gain faith in a work well done, a pleasant work, an impactful work, what would change for us?

If the people and the others (the more than humans, the animals, the future, the ancestors) who are not around the table, gained a seat at this thinking table and completed this entity…
