Together, we learn how to build valuable relationships and create conditions that generate trust and independent thinking. We challenge assumptions, foster imagination, and ignite a positive impact.
Sessions take place online and on-site, in groups and teams.

Session 1 can you lead at the speed of trust

As a team leader, you might ask yourself these questions:

•⁠ ⁠Do I truly know my team?

•⁠ ⁠What am I overlooking that is right in front of me?

•⁠ ⁠What is in the way of my -or my team’s- growth?

Join this interactive session with fellow impact leaders to boost understanding and confidence in yourself and your peers in work and other team contexts.

And crucially…

To remove limiting assumptions that drive harm and stop people from flourishing.

In two hours, you will:

– get fresh and clear thoughts about the perception of (in)adequacy, boundaries, belonging, or issues such as imposter syndrome.

– learn to re-engage with empathy and foster connectedness through an asset-based generative thinking approach, which you can reuse straight away in your own settings.

– discover conditions that help you and your team think well for themselves and thrive.

This is part 1 of a series of 3 group thinking sessions (20, 27 June and 11 July)

Each session is stand-alone but you are welcome to attend all 3 sessions in the series to create “lots of clarities” for yourself.

Do you really know your team? This interactive thinking session increases your capacity to understand yourself and your peers in a specific work, life or community context. The process promotes fresh and clear thoughts around perception of (in)adequacy, boundaries, belonging, or issues such as imposter syndrome. You will learn an evidence-based approach that increases your confidence and clarity. You’ll learn how to engage with others through an asset-based approach, more empathy, and a deeper sense of connectedness.
